Solution
How Google Calendar is used
Google authorization belongs to Talsoft's operational account. People booking a meeting do not connect their own Google accounts or grant access to their calendars.
calendar.freebusy is used only to check occupied intervals and prevent scheduling conflicts.
calendar.events is used to create and manage the requested event with its date, attendee and Zoom link.
The application does not read existing event titles, descriptions, attendees or content for display to users.
Google data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
